I was playing a little show up on Stoney Lake near Peterborough that night with some younger players. We all had to play really quiet so the singer could be heard. The drive back into town was amazing. We drove through a blackened town of Lakefield which was really spooky. It looked like an old ghost town. When I finally got home to my parents' house, I was shocked to see that they had electricity somehow. Their house was like a beacon in the middle of the blackened city. I believe they had power because they live close to a hospital. However later on, they lost power like everyone else. I kind of wish I was in Toronto that night though. I heard lots of nice stories!</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/19054359/113221264695840202/comments/default/115117427368337049'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/19054359/113221264695840202/comments/default/115117427368337049'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://temporaryautonomouszone.blogspot.com/2005/11/blogging-on_16.html?showComment=1151174220000#c115117427368337049' title=''/><author><name>Sean</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/08061948001285618327</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://temporaryautonomouszone.blogspot.com/2005/11/blogging-on_16.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19054359.post-113221264695840202' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/19054359/posts/default/113221264695840202' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
